Wharfside Manly is a six-storey mixed-use development consisting of a community civic club on the ground floor and 38 luxury residential apartments above. The project includes two levels of basement parking featuring innovative car-stacking units for space-efficient design. Working closely with the architect and construction team, Elektron delivered the comprehensive electrical design and installation, covering all electrical, lighting, data, dry fire, intercom, access control, and MATV services.
