Located on Albany Street in St Leonards, Metropolitan is a 13-storey mixed-use development exceeding 25 metres in height. The building features two levels of retail space and a shopping arcade, along with 125 residential apartments. Elektron managed the comprehensive electrical design and installation for the entire project. This scope included all electrical systems, data infrastructure, dry fire protection, MATV, and integrated security and intercom services throughout the building.
