Hunter Valley Lifestyle Estate is an over-50s lifestyle village comprising 112 existing residences and 93 new residences, along with a community building. Elektron’s scope of work includes the installation of a new site main switchboard and the backfeeding of existing residences to support future growth. The project involves extensive electrical pit and pipe infrastructure, including submains to pillars for each individual lot and the installation of street lighting to ensure safe access for all residents. Stage 1 is now complete, with stage 2 currently under construction.
