Catalina Lake Macquarie is an over-55s lifestyle village featuring 178 residences and a dedicated community building. Partnering with Bolla Civil, Elektron has delivered the electrical infrastructure for stages 4A, 5, 5A, and 7, with stage 6 construction scheduled to begin in 2026. The scope of work included a site main switchboard upgrade to accommodate the expansion, along with new external switchboards and meter panels for each stage. Additionally, Elektron installed the pit and pipe infrastructure, sub-mains to pillars for residential supply, street lighting, and CCTV camera poles to ensure secure and safe access for all residents.
