Belmont Business Park is Lake Macquarie’s newest light commercial and industrial development, offering high-quality units designed for innovative use. Following initial design meetings, Elektron successfully completed the electrical design and installation for stage 1 in 2024, which comprised 48 units. This scope included all electrical systems, NBN pit and pipe infrastructure, and integrated security services. Construction is now underway for stage 2, which consists of an additional 34 units, with Elektron contracted to complete these works by 2026.
