The Manly Club is a six-storey mixed-use development featuring a community civic club on the ground floor, 38 luxury residential apartments above, and two levels of basement parking. Working closely with the architect and construction team, Elektron delivered the electrical services for the entire residential development and the subsequent club fit-out. The scope included the installation of all electrical, lighting, data, and dry fire services, as well as the specialized fit-out for the commercial kitchen, bar, and café areas. Lighting is managed via DALI protocol on a KNX automation system, featuring a custom Savant application overlay to provide staff with a user-friendly, web-accessible interface.
