Edge 28 is a prominent 13-storey mixed-use development located in the heart of St Leonards, reaching over 25 metres in height. The building features three levels of basement car parking, a four-storey podium dedicated to commercial and retail tenancies, and an eight-storey residential tower comprising 48 apartments. From the initial design meetings through to building completion, Elektron managed the comprehensive electrical design and the subsequent installation of all electrical, data, dry fire, MATV, security, and intercom services throughout the project.
